  • Reset Page Height
    Click the footer. Double-click Adjust Page Height to reset the height of your page.

  • Configure NS5 to connect domain with Wix site
    If your department using NS5 to manage your deptment domain, you need to configure the domain name yourself by add below 2 CNAME records in "its.hku.hk" NS5. for example: connect domain name abc.its.hku.hk abc IN CNAME www147.wixdns.net. www.abc IN CNAME www147.wixdns.net. Remind there is a "." after "www147.wixdns.net" If the domain name is a root domain is NS5, you need to configure the domain name yourself by add below 1 A record and 1 CNAME records in "its.hku.hk" NS5. for example: connect domain name its.hku.hk (empty) IN A 23.236.62.147 www IN CNAME www147.wixdns.net.
  • Autosave Disabled
    Autosave is disabled if you have enabled developer mode. Autosave is not enabled for non-owners (contributors).
  • Supported Browsers
    Desktop: Google Chrome Safari for Mac (version 10 and above) Windows 10 Microsoft Edge (ADI sites are not supported) Firefox Mobile: Google Chrome Safari (iPhone 6 and above)
  • Unpublishing Your Site
    Visit your Site Dashboard. Click Site Manager. Click Unpublish under the Publish Status section. Click Unpublish to confirm.
  • Missing Contents after Changing from Wix Editor to ADI
    Changes made using Wix Editor will not appear in the Wix ADI of a site. You have to reapply the changes if you confirm switching the development of your site from Wix Editor to Wix ADI.
  • Improving Your Site's Loading Time
    Turn on caching function on page with long loading. In editor, menu -> find the page's setting -> turn on "Turn on caching for this page" -> select the period of time to clear cache.
  • Content already updated in Editor, but not show in website"
    In editor, "Save" the site won't update your content in website, you need to click "Publish".
  • Google search still list the old website not the new one.
    In your Wix Dashboard, Marketing Tool -> Get Found on Google, make sure all the listed item are checked, including "Connect to Google". You need to sign up or provide a google account to connect.
